The Educational Collaborative of the Rose Marine Latino Film Festival will offers the North Texas film community opportunities in two ways:  1) INDUSTRY TALKS Festival program includes informative discussion panels with professionals in the industry 2)young filmmakers are invited to submit for the STUDENT LONE STAR AWARD presented by Lone Star Film Society.
